This was my favorite dispensary in town till Jillian took over the store. All the good, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, personable employees are now leaving. Jillian and the new management seem to think their customers are children. You are suddenly no longer allowed to be on a phone (even waiting on hold, not talking etc) because you could be ordering for someone else. There is no state law I can find about this and no other dispensary has ever asked me the same, so this seems to be unique to this company. To automatically assume all their customers are apparently doing illegal things is truly wild to me. Nevermind ordering for someone on the phone is epically dumb, apparently they want to micromanage their customers because they think we are like dumb children. There are PLENTY of equal quality and price alternatives in town that don't make blanket negative assumptions about the customers that literally pay their bills. But if you're good with this extremely unprofessional looking & acting team micromanaging you and assuming all customers are doing bad things, then please continue to support this company. Read moreSimply bad customer service experience. Made an online order because of a sale they texted me about. Came in and their system was down. For over two hours. Had to leave to work. Called up to make sure they could hold my order at the same price for me until tomorrow as i couldnt come back before they closed. They Said they could not. I did everything right, even brought cash as they are one of the only places that does not take Canpay. I have had orders from Growhealthy, AYR, MÜV, and Surterra where for one reason or another I couldn't make it in time for my pickup and they held the product for me until the next day and honored the sale price. This place seems unwilling to do either, despite the issue being on their end and not mine.
Simply not going to bother with this place again as the whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth.

Then to top it off no atm machine. When your card is declined due to their system failure they just throw their hands up and are like “oh well”. And no customer service number either to complain to. Update: they don’t combine your recs. I wanted to get the high thc tincture but on sale 2 for 70. They can’t combine your recs. Between sublingual and oral I had enough. So I canceled the order contacted my md and replaced the order at 10ish. The sale was only until 1pm and that is when I got my confirmation to pick up.
