Absolutely thrilled that our favorite food truck has officially opened a brick-and-mortar location! At Tropical Eatz, it’s so much more than just a meal— it’s a full experience. The team is friendly, passionate, and genuinely dedicated to serving up delicious food and good vibes for the community. Chef JJ catered our wedding, and I couldn’t have been happier with their service! Even now, our guests still rave about how incredible the food was. We enjoyed griot, Creole salmon, Haitian fried chicken, a veggie medley, diri djon rice, and rasta pasta. 0/10 THIS IS NOT HAITIAN FOOD! The macaroni was the American way . It wasn’t even Haitian macaroni. The fried chicken I ordered was dry no taste , no Epis no seasoning. DISGUSTING!! The rice was sweet. The jerk chicken had no sauce to it and was dry. The plaintains were dry. Honestly , a waste of money. It was disgusting . Do not recommend. This is NOT HAITIAN FOOD . I had fried turkey with diri djondjon/black rice, the flavour is not of haitian flavour, the turkey was salty as hell.
