Have ordered from here for several years… Placed a last-minute order that said it would be here by 12/24 if I paid the extra shipping… It didn’t come and fed ex says that they never received the package and I’ve been going back-and-forth with both companies and of course they want ME to give them a resolution but they said they will not refund my money because it’s not in writing?? Either way it’s not a big deal it’s not stuff I absolutely needed it was just extra but I will be returning the order when it gets here and I will never shop with them again… Didn’t help that I heard the representative laugh… That was the icing on the cake! c’est la vie

They do not stand behind their products! If I could put zero stars I would! I purchased a woman's large hoodie that was customized with softball on it for my daughter for Christmas. I opened it and was like omg this has to be a youth! I tried it on be because we are around the same size. The sleeves were SHORT! The length was too short. So I was like it has to be mismarked. I called. Nope. Due to the fact that I custom made it with softball on it, no refund OR exchange. I said even though I believe it is mismarked. I told i will take a picture and send it to you. This place is a madhouse on game day, but all of the registers were open and the line moves quickly.

The prices are high, which I expected. My $24 visor (didn't try it on in the store, sadly) doesn't fit my noggin...and I don't have a freakishly large head.
