Okay, let me just say — I have to be careful every time I walk into Grove Galleria because I will spend spend spend. This place is one of my absolute favorite spots in town to shop. I’m a total clothing snob (in the best way) — I modeled in Austin for high-end fashion brands, so I’m really picky about quality, fabrics, and fit — and Grove Galleria never disappoints.
The silk pieces? To die for. The fabrics are so soft and elevated, and the prices are shockingly reasonable for the level of quality you’re getting. It’s incredible the quality and health of the clothing sold here. There’s literally a silk dress from Paris that I am completely obsessed with — if it fit me, I’d have snatched it up in a heartbeat.
Zip, the owner, is an absolute gem. She has such an incredible eye for style and curates the most beautiful pieces, from clothing to jewelry. I especially love the jewelry collection — I use a lot of her pieces for my concept shoot modeling because they’re unique, elegant, and just cool. You can tell she really pours her heart into finding things that feel special.
And don’t even get me started on the vintage finds and trinkets — my inner magpie comes alive every time I visit. All my trinketssssss! The shop is such a treasure trove of charm and personality.
What really stands out, though, is how much care goes into everything. The clothing is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully laundered — which means a lot for people with allergies or sensitivities. It’s so rare to see that kind of attention to detail anymore. Not to mention how much she cares for her vintage items, she shows how much she wants every piece to be in the best condition possible for a buyer.
I love taking friends from out of town here — it’s one of those places that feels both luxurious and homey at the same time. Zip makes everyone feel welcome, and you can tell she genuinely care about her customers.
Grove Galleria isn’t just a store — it’s a vibe, an experience, and a little piece of heaven for anyone who loves fashion, vintage, and thoughtfully curated beauty.

Read moreHands down the best store and community market /vendor space in gainesville. You can find anything you are looking for at the store or weekend markets; & whatever you find will probably be even better than what you were originally hoping or imagining! The store is frequently restocked (almost weekly) with vintage & trendy clothes, shoes, accessories, jewelry, homegoods, art , books, etc. The best part is that all the prices are SO affordable, sometimes to the point it feels like it’s a steal!
The owner, Zip, also hosts awesome weekend markets EVERY Saturday and Sunday at the building across the street where she is expanding (AKA the Grove Guild!). These markets always have a variety of vendors; Zip truly helps support the local Gainesville vendor, artist, and craftmaker by making it so easy to start and keep vending at her markets and store! She is one of the kindest and most creative people in Gainesville and she knows how to run an amazing consignment shop, weekly vendor market, and community hub.
Zip is so welcoming to new shoppers and sellers. She is always willing to accept new sellers who are looking to sell consignment items or set up a booth at the shop. The best part is that she makes the process so easy because unlike other consignment shops around town, you don’t need to set an appointment or wait at the store for a long time as an employee decides what items of yours to keep or return…As long as you bring in vintage and/or unique things for her to sell , she will take it and can even price it for you !
Grove Galleria and the expanding new space, the Grove Guild, are an integral staple of Gainesville that continues to grow and transform. Zip’s creative vision, hard work, and eye for beauty makes it so that anything she touches immediately lights up with warmth& beauty & becomes a place that you immediately want to comeback to and be a part of!
& If you see someone around town that has some super cool & unique outfit, accessory, or home good… you can bet that they found it at...
Read moreThis store is the best in all of Alachua county and is probably the best thrift/vintage store I have ever seen, and I have seen a few. It is filled with the most exquisite antique and vintage finds. Personally, found a very special flapper porcelain doll that was shockingly beautiful and ... $10! Mirrors, clothing, lamps, home accents, art, and much more - for any taste and budget. The store is super pleasant to be in, and you can browse their variety for hours... The store also has a pop-up vendor market every weekend in the neighboring building with vendors with the coolest items, i.e. high-quality vintage earrings for $5. Again, the store is full of treasure and frankly, I am quite an experienced antique/vintage treasure hunter, and I was shocked. The owner, Zip, is a beautiful person: kind and welcoming. I think it is important to remember that the vendor pop-up market also brings talented entrepreneurs and adds value to the community interaction. Thank you to the owner for this unique and stunning business, and for fostering a strong sense of community in...
