Our store has built a solid customer friendly reputation over the last 15 years of being in business. Unfortunately we get some people who are just not happy with anything in life no matter what kind of incredible deal we give them basically they are just unhappy in life. If the merchandise comes in on our shipments with the original retail tag on and we leave the original tag and then mark it down 40-80 percent below retail with our hand made tag. Now I would say pretty darn great deal. If you do not like that we take our hand made price tags off at checkout to reuse them and pass along the savings to our customers (by reusing tags) then I would say that you are less than .00001 percent of the people dissatisfied so please do not shop at our store anymore and go pay full retail at the big retailers. You obviously have zero clue in life as to how to run a successful business to pass along the savings to the customers. What is absolutely pathetic is this person who wrote this is not a regular customer she is just obviously looking to start trouble so do not come into our store and take your business somewhere else we are perfectly happy taking care of our regular customers and any new ones who want to enjoy discounts - like your nice friend that day she received wonderful discounts and was very happy with her service and deals. Love the prices and the clothes are good quality. The owners are nice enough and let my kids pet their dogs that they keep with them there. My only gripe is that its dim inside the store because not all the lights are kept on. They state that the power bill was astronomical and impossible when all the lights are kept on. I understand...you gotta survive, especially at their low prices! I still shop there every 6 months when my children grow out of their clothes, but I take the clothing to the front glass windows or door where the lighting is good to inspect for tears, stains, buttons, etc. They don't seem to mind, and I love their clothes. I came in with a very good mood, and I’m searching through some items feeling lucky on a good score. While as I look to my phone, two children, that belong to an employee on shift ran through, knocking my phone out of my hand, and cracking the edges of my screen of my NEWLY PAID OFF IPHONE 8. And as we all know they’re not so cheap, and I don’t have insurance on it. SOOO I have to pay for it to be repaired. So either that worker of the two children pays me $170, so I can have it fixed, or I want $170 in store credit, so I can save up and have it fixed.
