My experience here has always been wonderful. I was disappointed in yesterday because I specifically ordered a few things and it seems like the waiter brought out whatever she felt like I wanted instead. I think that was very frustrating. I believe in getting what you pay for not getting what the restaurant thinks you should have. To be specific I was asked to take a ALCOHOLIC drink that the waiter had made a mistake on with another customer and the drink had been sitting out and didn’t taste okay. I was concerned about the integrity of the drink and refuse to drink it but was charged for it anyway. After sharing my concern with the waiter about drinking a drink I did not see made and I don’t know where it came from she seemed a little frustrated and asked me what I wanted to drink instead. And I ordered what I originally wanted it still wasn’t what I wanted when they made it. I just feel like if it were anyone else they would not have to be subjected to that service. I’m thinking she didn’t remember our order and she thought she did and forgot every time she put it in I’m not sure what happened.I would definitely work on that. Business is business
We come in to be treated like guests just like everyone else. We don’t come in to pay full price and be served someone else’s old food that you made a mistake on. By the time I left the restaurant I was shaking and crying from anger over a simple nachos with queso. The lady at the front didn’t speak English, no problem so she goes and grabs another worker, he’s clearly frustrated that he hd to come serve me even though the restaurant was EMPTY, & it was 3:30. I ask about guacamole and when he tells me the price and size I was like nah just the queso and salsa….simple right? Even though it was a take out I still tipped 2.50 and sat and waited. When I received my order I saw that it was guacamole, no queso so I went to swap it even though GUACAMOLE IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN QUESO I didn’t complain. They ARGUED with me over it and I stated I don’t want back the difference I’d just rather have the queso, refused to give me a take out container for what reason I don’t know…. I tried explaining over and over that I was eating in the car and that’s why I wanted the Togo container. In the end they made an extra $4 bucks off me and still treated me like trash. If you’re wondering I didn’t speak down to them or disrespectfully kept a smile until I couldn’t anymore. Won’t EVER BE BACK!!! And y’all should take the time to train on customer service.

Read moreI usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. I’ve visited this restaurant plenty of times, at least once every two weeks. I recently noticed a price increase, which is fine, everything is increasing. However, during my most recent visit with my friends, we ordered 2 lunch orders of burritos a la roqueta and 1 quesadilla rica lunch portions. I received our ticket and our total for those 3 items and 3 waters was $53.01. We clearly asked for the lunch special. When I brought it up, the staff didn’t seem to be concerned and stated that the server entered our order in the system incorrectly. I did have food leftover but I did not want leftover, they don’t taste the same, and it was clearly the servers fault. The restaurant did not acknowledge or take any responsibility.
As a customer, I expect the price I see on the menu to be the price I pay. Please take the time to properly train the servers and front staff to handle your customer with care. I won’t be returning, and I suggest others double-check their receipts...
