To the person who recommended me this place. It’s DISGUSTING.! I got -veggie fried rice -beef low mein -chicken chow mein

Apparently the chicken chow mein is NOT noodles. It’s something completely different than what chow mein is. I called to ask about it. He said he’d credit it. Fine…but after tasting the rest of the food. I was severely disappointed. I called to ask if I could bring the food back for a refund because it was NOT getting eaten. This food is literally not touched.

The man on the phone (maybe the owner) was very rude stating they don’t do refunds. After I stated this food is not touched or eaten. It’s a restaurant, if I sat down and didn’t like the food. It’d be taken back and refunded. Or I could choose something else. He said it’s not in their policy to give refunds. I asked for that in writing, he could give it to me. Told me they they’ve been doing this for 30 years. Well it’s time to stop b/c even my toddler and mother didn’t like the food. The man told me maybe I should order from another place next time. But this is literally my first encounter with the y’all since moving to the area and that’s how y’all’s customer service is? I’ve worked in food service. If a person called and spoke about not enjoying their food. I have seen my manager or have been the one to give a refund. Because you shouldn’t have to pay for something you’re not going to eat. I offered to bring the food back for my refund to show it won’t be eaten. I just wanted my money back. I didn’t even get an item I originally ordered. This place is horrible and I will NOT...

I witnessed so many food safety violations while eating my Chinese lunch. I'll let this photo speak for itself.

Raw vegetables uncovered on tabletop near the main door in Main Dining area for over 40 minutes. Man and woman in the photo never washed their hands after handling cash, take-outs, being on the phone, and working on cash register before moving to the table to work on "snapping" what looked like raw peas. Neither wore masks at any time or gloves while working on raw vegetables.

I won't even address what he put in his nose when leaving the register to move directly to the table to start working on the vegetables without washing his hands or wearing gloves. This is what 4 tables of customers at lunch saw as it was in the main dining room.

Prices have changed and have been hand-marked out with a pen on a few printed menus . They are reusing these same printed menus each time at customer tables. No Health inspection Report was posted near the main entryway/register area. I could name more violations. Needless to say, I won't ever return to this...

9/10/23 Ordered over the phone in which a lady took my order. While on the phone after I placed my order my total was $55.10. My order: (2) beef & broccoli , (2) large shrimp fried rice , (4) egg rolls. When my husband got to the restaurant the total jumped up by $10 (65.10). They argued with my husband telling him not to worry about it. In which my husband walks out , and leaves the food. I called to gain understanding in which a man answered the phone with a very bad attitude yelling at me. Stating “so you wouldn’t pay your rent because it’s too high?” , “what about if you went to Walmart you wouldn’t pay for your stuff because it’s too high?” At this point I tell him he’s very unprofessional , and they’ll NEVER again get any of my money. He processed to say who cares about ONE customer. They have HIDDEN FEES & , CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. You’re just ONE CUSTOMER WHO...
