UF Health Fitness and Wellness Center — Local services in Gainesville

I've been a member for a couple of years, and can attest that it is the most economical and friendliest gym ever. I had some medical disabilities and went to the guy to increase my strength and flexibility. There I found that I could work with a personal trainer for $10 (ten) a session, and that included the gym/membership fee!! There is no other lace that I know of where you can do that. The trainers are great, and many are reaching the end of their graduate school studies at UF. The gym is small and intimate, but you have plenty of space to work out, and they have all the machines you will ever need. Can't recommend...

I love this gym! It might look small but it’s got everything you need and the equipment is comparable to the large franchises around town. I never feel like I have to compete for equipment.
