Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gainesville

Ordered food with a drink and cashier REFUSED to give me a cup for my drink until my food was ready they all stood around and told me I can wait 10 minutes and acted totally annoyed that I ordered my food at the counter instead of the kiosk.. this is the rudest Taco Bell I have ever been to.. the manager also refused to give me my cup until food was ready and after waiting 15 minutes I had to finally ask for a refund...everyone else in the place was black and I am WHITE and they had no issue giving them their cups... this is racism! Manager didn't care and was totally rude also! I have spent my day waiting for a family member to pass away at hospice down the street and I was so thirsty. I just wanted the drink that I paid for and for some reason these girls wanted to punish me. Shame on...

My recent Taco Bell order was overall good but not exceptional. The food arrived fresh, nicely packed, and still warm, which made the meal enjoyable. The Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Soft Taco and Cantina Chicken Burrito were flavorful with tender chicken and balanced seasonings. The portion sizes were satisfying and everything was prepared accurately according to my order. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient during pickup. However, while the quality was decent, some items could have used a bit more freshness and texture consistency to make them stand out. This restaurant is definitely a 4 star, not 5 not 1-3, whoever leaves other than a 4 leaves a review with their feelings. Anyway, the restaurant is new, staff is friendly enough, food is prepped good to Taco Bell standards. One area where this location needs to work on is customer service. They didn’t include my cinnamon delights and I had to drive back, which was a bit of a hassle, but it’s understandable some people just skip over orders sometimes specially when they have tons of orders. It’s just when I got back, I didn’t receive an apology. Or make up for me driving back. A 3rd cinnamon delight would be awesome, specially one of the cinnamon delights didn’t have the cream in it… but no. Which is fine. A sorry would be...
