This is in response to Mr. Gordon Sumner. I'm afraid the only thing we have in common is our last name. Perhaps the selection is less than normal due to the supply chain issue the world is experiencing. All stores have been affected (clearly seen from empty shelves everywhere). The difference is the option to still order things and even though they might come after Christmas your loved ones will get what you choose. This jewelry store has more friendliness and kindness than most staff. I'm so sorry you felt you were being judged. I can't imagine what could have ever given you that feeling. I advise a revisit but if that is not your plan I encourage all others to drop by this wonderful establishment. They will help you search until you find the perfect gift. The customer service cannot be beat!

They got the jeweler to look at them for me to try and identify and authenticate them (also for free!) and let me drop them off and come pick them up later once they were done.
