Grounded Coffee Company — Restaurant in Galax

The coffee is pretty decent in my opinion. I got a brown sugar latte with h&h and my husband ordered a plain latte with no sweetener. The environment is a little sterile maybe a speaker for some music would help that out. The front desk barista was pretty rude in my opinion. We came in about 15 minutes before they were set to close but had very simple orders. We could feel annoyance from the workers and that just didn’t resonate well. She asked my husband if we were from around here and he replied yes and began making small talk because that’s what we both thought her intention was. I have went to Grounded Coffee this year. I have always been treated kindly. The espresso I ordered was made perfectly. It is wonderful to visit a place that makes good coffee and treats. They have a chocolate coconut treat that is out of this world. I will definitely go back to get a drink on my way to work. Also, at Christmas time I got a free Iced Peppermint Mocha. I remember when I learned that they were starting up in the camper and I was SO excited. They absolutely do not disappoint!
