I would give it zero stars if I could. I pulled my official credit report and saw an account with Aaronās that was charged off that I wasnāt aware of. I called to make a payment and was transferred from a girl named Stacy, to another male employee who said I needed to speak to the general manager. General manager got on the phone and was IMMEDIATELY rude and harassing. I told him I was calling to take care of an account and wanted to make payments (since it was over $1000 and I have a little one so I donāt just have that laying around to pay surprise accounts with.) He started to threaten to take the money out of my tax return (which they canāt do, and Iād hope heād been smart enough to know that they canāt, but judging by this mans character and unprofessional attitude, Iām assuming heās not.) I told him it didnāt sound like he wanted to take a payment from me so Iād call corporate and make the payment there. He started yelling even more and saying things like āgo ahead and call corporate! Iām the regional manager! Tell them Tony Brown-ā And at that point I hung up. He immediately called me back (I hadnāt given him the number I had called from) and started harassing me again. So again I hung up. I called corporate and they urged me to file a complaint, which I did. Turns out that heās, in fact, NOT the regional manager. Heās just the franchised stores general manager and a liar. I would not in a million years recommend this place to anyone. Rent a center or buddyās will be much more professional and they seem to have much better prices. I implore you to save yourself a massive headache and avoid this place...

I have made all the paymhelllents on time. Every time I get one paid off they are Always excited about trying to sell me something else. They are not pushy at all One of them asked if I wanted to have my payment automatically taken out of my bank account. I said No because I like coming in the store to see their Smiling faces. There is nothing like the in store experience. That's why I come t in. They work with you about the payments. Those folks have always been nice to me as long as I thehave been doing business with me. I can't believe it has been 10; years already. Wh them ow. Times go fast when you're having fun The payments are very reasonable too. And from all the years I have been with them they have upped their availability of selling other things that you would think would be in their store.
