This place is a must visit and is really fun with delicious food and drinks!! We came up from Texas to visit family and needed a good dinner after driving 15+ hours. We had wonderfully delicious and filling bowls of Pho Nam as well as fresh shrimp spring rolls and fried pork egg rolls. I had a brown sugar milk strike with boba which was super delicious!! There is an awesome robot server who will bring your drinks and food to you (though it was not on constant use, maybe it gets used more when it is busier earlier in the day). I totally geeked out over the robot every time it would leave it's dock to bring customers their drinks. We ate here twice while in town and can't wait to come back up to eat here again! I wanted to take more pictures but felt I might be invading other customer's comfort zones.
Bathrooms were clean and stocked, parking was adequate, easy to get to off a major street in Galesburg, staff were friendly and attentive, and the decor was super cute/neat/fun!! I'd say this establishment was also handicap/walker and stroller friendly with an entry ramp and plenty of room inside to maneuver around.
PS: we've been to great Pho restaurants in Austin and this place is just as great! I would totally recommend this...
Read moreDon't bother. This is not even remotely close to authentic. I wasted a lot of money here. I visited for lunch when it wasn't busy, and the service was very slow. Same during dinner service to the point we got locked out of the next venue, we had tickets for a friend's birthday. My eldest son thought his tea was okay, but that was the limit of positivity my two visits. I made it clear I was lacto vegetarian, and they served me fish sauce. I have accidentally gotten fish sauce before, and it didn't taste like theirs. I would have swarn they got dirty water out of the bottom of a dumpster behind a fish market. I felt horrible as I literally nearly vomited at the table with other diners around. I could not help the gag reflex. I really tried to like this place, but everything but the tea ended up in the garbage. Pre- made and frozen items garnished with a few fresh things did not fool us. My husband also disliked this place, and he is super easy to please. No compensation was offered at all either of the times I visited. They clearly could see the table full of the same...
Read moreEdit from second visit: Went and gave it another go since I thought a busy opening week wouldn’t do this place justice and I was right. Food was packing in flavor and service was great. Definitely a much better experience than before. Will be stopping here frequently from now on.
First visit: Food took a while to get to us but that was understandable considering how new the business is and how packed it was. Pho lacked in flavor. Felt as though the potential was there but missing key elements to make it great. Serving sizes were great, however. Wouldn’t mind making the tradeoff of smaller portions if the quality in flavor could be enhanced because it just tastes like broth bought from Walmart. Boba is a big miss, with a flat taste. Servers definitely need to work on some things as every time food was served at our table, we would get brushed by armpits or elbows. I blame the space more so than the servers. Will probably have to try again in a couple months on a...
