JB Hawks Discount Tobacco and Vape — Local services in Galesburg

I am giving 4 stars only because of this last visit. Everyother visit has been just fine until this past Friday. My sister and I went in and were looking around. I noticed the worker getting mad at a customer and the customer saying some not so nice things back to her. He left so it was our turn, Nicole waited on us (at least that's what's on the receipt) She was so rude! My sister asked a question about something in the case and she said "I don't know I don't smoke." What you doing working in a smoke shop and don't smoke🤦‍♀️smy sister choose the cheaper one because of that. We both got smokes and the lady continued to act like we were taking up her time the whole checkout. The other girl there(who is always so pleasant) looked at her like she wasn't liking the vibe either. The staff is always polite, smiling, helpful, cheerful, and friendly to everyone who comes into the store. The staff makes you smile when you walk in the door each time because they show that they care about their customers by remembering their names and greeting them by name when they walk through the door. I would send everyone I meet there for services, and I definitely wouldn't think about taking my business anywhere else as long as JB Hawks doors are open...

As I have come to expect from JB Hawks, the customer service I received here was top-notch. The two ladies who helped me even told me about additional details that I could receive by adding JB Hawks to my SnapChat. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive my discount even though I used the SnapCode that was posted in the location.
