I am so disappointed. I used to shop here all of the time for big t-shirt orders and they used to do an excellent job every time. I recently places two big orders. On the first one, the logos began coming off in the first wash even though they were washed inside out on gentle woth gentle detergent and no fabric softener. They were also hung to dry. I told them about it three times and they didn't really care. They didn't offer to remake or replace a single shirt.

On my second order, I had to remind them several times to make sure the logos wouldn't wash off. I ordered the super soft shirts and two different colors. Except for a couple of extended sizes, ALL of the shirts were to be the "super soft" but only one color was. Again, they didn't care. Not an aoplogy, adjustment, or offer to make anything right either time.

I do my own designs, so I can't comment on that. The turn around was a couple of weeks, which worked well.

Unfortunately, I will be forced to go out of town for future orders since they don't care to make sure they are providing a quality product. This is sad because they used to have an excellent product and excellent customer Service.
