I recently needed repairs to my “borderline out of warranty” Lincoln TIG welder. In Huntington, WV there are only a couple authorized Lincoln repair shops within a 50 mile radius. Fortunately, I chose Big River Electric in Gallipolis Ohio. After a brief phone chat with Kelly, the owner about my issues, I felt relieved that he was serious and confident about fixing my welder. My instinct was sound. Kelly was relentless and thorough in diagnosing the problem. He worked with Lincoln to get the information and parts needed to correct my problem at no cost to me.
