Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Gallipolis

The Buffalo Wild Wings in Gallia was the worst I've ever ever been too. The food tasted good but the place was very dirty with the worst service I've ever had out of any restaurant. First they sat me and my wife at a handicap table which seemed to a little weird since there was plenty of open booths and nether of us are handicapped. Next it took about 10-15 minutes to get our drinks which was just water. That was the only drink we had because there was no refill due to our server just disappearing. As we watched people come in, order food, eat, and leave, we still have yet to order anything. Finally our server showed up and took our order. The guy barely said anything. My wife ordered wings with a side salad and asked for Italian dressing. The server failed to tell us there was no Italian dressing. The shift manager had to tell us there wasnt any after a completely different server brought out a dry salad. We waited around 40 min to get our food and even then it was messed up. There was no celery on the plates, no dipping sauces for the wings, no salad dressing, no server in sight.....the dude just disappeared. I had to go up to the front where you pay and ask for the check and some carry out boxes because we waited even longer just to see if the server was ever coming back. All in all it was terrible and will not be returning back to this...

This is just like every other Buffalo Wild Wings you visit. TVs everywhere, large groups of diners, a bar full of sports fans and ok wings. This particular visit, we waited 10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge that we walked in. An employee walked by and asked if we had been helped and we said no…she said “well I was on the way to the bathroom and you guys looked like you needed something so let me seat you”, then I heard her tell a server “I don’t who’s turn it was but I sat them at your table because no one else was there to seat them”.

There were maybe 4 other tables seated in the dining room, a maybe half full bar and a large group had just walked out. So…not a busy night.

The drinks came out fast but we ordered traditional wings, boneless wings and a salad and it took about 20 mins for our food to come out. A gentleman that was seated after us got his food within 5 mins of being seated. We didn’t get straws with our cocktails and waited for the server to walk by to ask…wound up having to go find her to find out They were out of cocktail straws. Waited another 10 mins to find her again because there was no salt and pepper on the table. She had our table and the table with the gentleman that was seated after us.

The food was just ok. Not the best wings ever but does the trick when the only other options are Capt Ds and Wendys...

Food was great, but the service was sorely lacking. Kids meals are not proportionate in size for the price. The kids chicken tenders are two huge adult size tenders and a ton of fries ($7.99). The kids mac & cheese ($6.99) was served in a very small side dish type of cup and the mandarin orange sides were literally 4 slices in a sauce cup. Ugh.

The most disappointing thing was that the staff argued with us that milk was not included with the kids meal because we had ordered water when we first sat down and that was their "beverage with meal". Water is always free. The kids menu clearly stated all kids meals came with milk. When she didn't like that we were insisting the kids get milk, she called her manager over who also argued the same point with us! I'm literally pointing to the menu and reading it word for word and she still said that water was the drink ordered with their meals. We never even ordered the water to begin with, it was automatically brought to the table/free.

They didn't thank us from coming in, didn't say to have a nice day as we exited, etc. We did not feel welcome at all. Took forever to bring the check, then our waitress was standing around chatting with the other staff when she clearly saw us stand up looking around so we could pay our bill and get out of there.
