My wife got a MacBook from here for college. We fell under strenuous circumstances and were forced to leave the area. We always paid our bill on time. Our thank you was received in the form of a verbal legal threat from this store’s representatives demanding that we get a co-signer that was close to the store because it is apparently against store policy for us to be able to move away with the device we’re paying for (which was never disclosed during closing sales). We don’t have that ability as everyone we know is six hours west of the area. Again, all bills were paid. Turns out this too was a lie, and now they are threatening us legally if we don’t go out of our pocket to send back something we have been paying for, and paid off for the month at hand. Do not do business here. Their salesmen are liars, their administration is shady, and they for some reason believe it’s acceptable to attempt to hold someone hostage for their own property as they’ve deemed it unacceptable for me to be able to leave the area because I have to. For the management; do not call my wife again or I will press charges on you. Don’t worry, you thieves will get back the computer that I’ve been paying for on time. Hope you never sale another thing.

Update; Just talked to a Woman named Contessa over the phone. They are going to pay for the shipping label. She was very helpful, so maybe I stand corrected. At least they have one...

My wife and I went into the Gallipolis, Ohio rent to own yesterday 05-04-2021 looking for a new living room set. We was the only one in there besides two workers which I didn’t get a name but one was a big guy that was tall and a little blonde girl. We was in around 10:15am. We looked around and the two workers passed us numerous times and the big guy make eye contact with us but neither one ask if we needed anything or if they could show us or explain anything about the furniture. They was very cold and unfriendly!!! We felt like we was not wanted and we liked a couple of their living room sets but the way they was acting towards us like we shouldn’t be there, we decided to go farther down the road to Aaron’s. We walked in to Aaron’s and they treated us like gold!!! Everyone said hello and ask if they could help us and we ended up buying a beautiful set from them!!! They was so helpful and friendly!!!
