Subway — Restaurant in Gallipolis

Placed a mobile order for 4 footlong subs. Picked up the subs, drove home, & only had 3 footlongs & a 6 inch. Looked at the Meatball subs & they were burnt. Called & asked for food to be re-made. Went back to Subway & gave sandwiches to employees. They proceeded to lay the sandwich on the counter, dig thru it with their hands, wrap it back up, & hand it to us. They said their Manager said not to re-make them. I will never spend another dime of my hard earned money at this location. I included a picture so you could see for yourself...

Horrible. On a road trip Friday 3/26 and ordered two foot-longs at the drive thru. One sandwich was very specifically ordered to be vegan but had a double serving of turkey. The other sandwich was a veggie delight to be toasted with cheese and include mayo, yet no cheese, no mayo. $15+ bill and both sandwiches were inedible. Again, we were on a road trip in an unfamiliar area and already well on the road before knowing what we were given so obviously didn’t turn around nor look up the phone number. I absolutely love this subway. It is close to my work so I go there a lot. They are always busy, but the food is made just the way you like it. Everyone is friendly. Subs are reasonably priced.
