I’ve shopped with Kenny for years. I had a few issues with cost and quality. He and Danielle handle my complaints/concerns professionally and to my satisfaction. Which brings me to this past Mother’s Day. I spoke with Kenny to order an arrangement for my wife, something beautiful. He suggested a “white roses” arrangement. I agreed, let’s do it. When the arrangement was delivered to my home it wasn’t anything like I’d imagine a “white roses” arrangement to look like. The arrangement was OK, but that’s it!! It had (2) two white roses in the entire arrangement. My wife and I had been out with family and friends and didn’t get back home until @9:30pm. When we could thoroughly looked at her arrangement. I contact Kenny via text to express my disappointment. No reply. I texted another number in my contacts for Kenny and his daughter Danielle replied. She told me that the white roses they received weren’t good, but she’d look into it and get back to me. To date 5/12/2022 I haven’t heard back from either of them. They lost a loyal customer. His pricing is higher than his competitors but he’s a nice guy so I continued giving him my business. Sadly today that ends. The review is lengthy but necessary. I purchased a vase arrangement for my wife that I wanted to be special not because of any special date, but simply because I wanted to tell her how very special she was to meand how much I loved her. Kenny put together a beautiful mix of fresh high-end flowers including beautiful fragrant lillies, Gerber Daisies, Roses, Allium, Iris, Hydrangea,etc in a beautiful large glass vase. My wife was a former florist in a hotel and this arrangement would be similar to the work her shop produced. I highly recommend Galloway Florist and should deliver a stunning arrangement perfect for any occaision. My wife was so happy I felt as if I hit a home run out of the park....

As a Gold Star Mother I like to support Veteran businesses. This is one Veteran "owned and operated" business that does not deserve it. I asked for a delivery of "yellow roses" to be delivered to a dear friend who just lost her husband. He asked how much I wanted to spend and I said $100, including delivery. He obviously never expected me to see what was delivered as the arrangement included only 3 yellow roses among a variety of lesser white/yellow flowers.
