Me and my family stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and we had a good time service was pretty good. Here. The staff, especially the woman at the front desk was really nice. The rooms weren't too bad when we arrived. The room smelled good, it was clean and it was acceptable. For the price point. It also isn't too far from the beach itself. So a 10 minute drive was just perfect also. On this particular trip, the ice machine was broken. But I wouldn't remove points for that. Because they had a wawa across the street, which also offered free ice Overall, it was a pretty good stay. I would recommend anyone that wants to visit Atlantic City because this was WAY better than the tourist Inn, which is literally up the street. So if you're one of those people who are debating whether to go to the tourist inn dont And just to give you some back story. The tourist Inn was very dirty. It was roach infested this hotel was not the journey's end is where you want to be if you want to be comfortable and just enjoy your trip for...
Read moreUpon entering the room, I immediately experienced the musky smell of mold. Within less than one hour, I began to suffer a severe allergic reaction, as evidenced by a skin rash, irritation of my throat and eyes and severe headache. As a nurse, I am aware that mold infestation represents a considerable issue and reported this to “Mike” promptly. Based on his evident lack of interest and lack of concern, I’m quite convinced the mold infestation is associated with the poor management of the building. I checked out immediately, although he refused to refund my money. (Hopefully, he uses it towards mold remediation expenses related to repairing the property) Despite his lack of empathy, I am concerned for the health and well-being of anyone who stays here. Mold can represent a significant health problem and this establishment is knowingly exposing their clientele to a health risk due to poor indoor...
Read moreWell let me tell you... This place really doesn't even deserve a three-star I'm only giving it that because the jacuzzi tub was absolutely amazing! It was the only positive part of my stay here. When you enter the room it smells of strong mildew and some other kind of smell I can't even describe. Then the room was way over priced considering that there was black mildew all over the tile in the jacuzzi area and the bathroom. My floor was covered and crumbs as if it hadn't been vacuumed and probably three people stays. The room I got the night before for $83 had a mattress with a air cushion that was like sleeping on top of a cloud compare to Journey's End Motel matress, I felt like I was sleeping on the pavement. if you are looking for a Jacuzzi room ask the people next door because you'll probably get a nicer room...
