So the first thing I will mention is the customer service was top notch. Jesse was so helpful and accommodating and even helped us find a local coffee shop. Also, the woman the night before (didn't catch her name) helped us with an early check-in when I arrived a day early, lol The rooms were less than to be desired, the TV's on the 2nd floor didn't work the whole weekend, and for someone who needs background noise to sleep, it made for a restless, no sleep weekend. The bathroom doors didn't lock, which was really annoying. They have a sliding bathroom door with no locking mechanism. The shower was nice but it has a glass sliding door and only one side slides, so you have to literally turn it on while your in there and get cold water until it warms up. Laundry services were out of commission, the ice machine was supposed to be on the second floor. we found the designated room with no ice maker. They had a great breakfast: scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages/Canadian bacon, oatmeal with a multitude of toppings, chobani yogurts, bagels, muffins, cereal, milks and coffee. They serve coffee all day, which is nice. They also had fresh ice water with lemon available all day and night, it was really yummy. Probably the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Little parking in the front, but plentiful in the back, and it's just as easy to go in through the back and puts you right in front of the elevators. The elevator was missing the 3rd floor button. Denny's is in the same parking lot, which was convenient. The worst part was no TV, and we weren't offered or given a discount. It would have made a big difference in our decision to stay...

This Fairfield Inn is a fantastic find! Everyone that works there was so friendly, pleasant, & helpful from checking in til we checked out. The lobby area is very welcoming. Across from the check in desk there is a comfy sitting area complete with a tv and fireplace. Our room, although a little smaller than some other hotels, was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were bedside tables for each bed, complete with places to charge your phone. There also was a refrigerator and coffee maker as well as a closet and drawers for your clothes, etc. The bathroom was brightly lit with plenty of counter space. There were dispensers in the shower/tub with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. They also have rooms with walk in showers. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, even better than the more expensive hotels. They had cheese omelets, sausage, cereals, bagels, English muffins, waffles, yogurt, fruits, muffins, juice, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and lots of extras like walnuts, chocolate chips, brown sugar, and more. My favorite thing was that they had individual bottles of ice cold milk, both white & chocolate! I have NEVER seen that before & really appreciated it as I am a big milk drinker. The location is perfect for visiting Atlantic City and surrounding areas. I will definitely stay there again and highly...

First, let me say that your staff is awesome! They were very helpful and understanding of our concerns.

Upon arriving the first night, we were placed in room #408, but we were unable to stay inside the room because of ants all over the bathroom as well as the walls around the bed. The front desk clerk moved us to room #415, which was much better because it was free from ants.

However, we pulled back the bed comforter and discovered hair as well as red darkish stains on top of the comforter. The sheets were clean, it was only the comforter that was very dirty.

I immediately brought it down to the front desk, the clerk took pictures to show the manger and he sent us a cleaner one right up.

The next morning we were awakened out of our sleep by the fire alarm in the building without knowing if there was an emergency until we got dowstairs and discovered it wasn’t. We were told that someone burnt toast as to the re the alarm went off. Ok, that was great to hear.

We went on with our day and returned to find out that we didn’t have any television to watch because of a cable outage. This issue continued for the remainder of the night as well as until our departure.

Overall, everything was just okay. We expected better and did not receive...

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable but I do have two legitimate criticisms. First, whoever designed this shower needs to give back their engineering degree. Look at the way this shower is set up … the door on the right does not slide so the only way to turn the shower on is actually be standing in the shower. If you try to turn the shower on and let it warm up like a normal person does, with your clothes still on, you will get soaking wet, as we learned the hard way. Just a non-sensical layout. Also the sliding bathroom door does not close completely. If you’re in a double room, it would be nice if the person in the bathroom could get a little privacy. Not possible with this door. You cannot easily open or close it either with that slot handle unless you have sticky fingers.

I travel for a living, and I have been Titanium with Marriott for 10 years. This is all to say I have never encountered such a bizarrely pathetic room. There’s an alcove as you come into the room, what is that? Is that supposed to be a closet? There’s no bar to hang anything on. A quarter of the room is just empty space like there used to be chairs or a sofa there but they took them out for some reason. The desk is just a narrow table. Truly bizarre. And when I pointed out the strangeness of the room, the front desk clerk couldn’t be bothered. That’s one way to keep a customer, I suppose. So I checked out and went to a Hilton. The general manager of this property is Ryan Schrade, and clearly he is not up to the task. I highly recommend that you avoid this property.

We had subpar experience with room at the hotel. I am Marriott Gold Elite member and travelled exclusively Marriott for both business and leisure, however this was lowest quality room condition I have seen. There were cockroaches in the room when we arrived (see attached pictures) There was no hand soap in the room on first day. Peeling paint was also there. All three stars goes to staff at front desk and breakfast. They did extremely well in ensuring all guests were delighted. Also, I noticed that front desk call button on telephone in room only worked during day time. At night (past 11pm), the front desk button kept ringing. Although, if I physically went to front desk, staff was very helpful.
