*I'm posting this, after getting no clear accountability for my disappointing order from this Pizza hut Location in Absecon ,NJ as well as from corporate , after receiving a email that I would be contacted about what happened.
It has been 3 days since I was last contacted no extra points or any refund at this point, times are difficult.. and probably there was not many employees to do the job , workers can only do as good of a job if they have the proper tools to do so ( whatever that may be ). Things happen just would of preferred some type of communication to at least give me the option if I wanted to cancel if it was gonna take that long.*
While I usually have no problems using the online/delivery service to receive my meals, this last 2 orders were subpar.
It seems as if though the online website changes my order after I pay, this second time frankly is the worst, I originally always order original pan style pizza with hut favorite crust with extra cheese ( which is a extra charge).. and it gives me instead hand tossed /original crust with regular cheese. Also they all came cold and stale, and delivered by a Doordasher, no where on the site or when checking out does it say it can or will be delivered by a Doordasher.
I ordered around 5:43pm on 10/22/2020 I received email saying the order was placed on 10/22/2020 at 6:43pm. By 7:11pm I received a text saying a Doordasher would be delivering, then I finally received my order at 7:39 PM. ( It took almost 2 hrs ? )
Overall I was frankly disappointed, food was stale /cold and on top of that I was overcharged for something that was not delivered by a Pizza hut employee themselves. Moving Forward I will not & probably and most likely ever not order delivery and will go in to pick it up myself...
Pizza hut needs to update their website/mobile experience and Hut rewards system, website is dated , the mobile app I was told to forego by a employee as it has too many problems. The link ( text) to track your order is well beyond dated in comparison to Ubereats & other delivery food apps.
The Hut reward points can only be accumulated through online orders ? As previously mentioned my order was changed by the system when I ordered online , why can it not count on phone orders as well ? ( Since the website apparently has issues.)
This makes it less of a incentive to order online and therefore makes the Hut rewards program moot !

Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I would. On September 11, 2025, I was publicly humiliated and retaliated against by an employee named Fayth Wilson, who claimed to be the manager. After calmly requesting a remake for a pizza she made incorrectly, for the second time, she became hostile, threw the box at me, and told me to leave or she’d call the cops. I called the police first to protect myself.
The first instance, my first visit to this store she made the order with missing toppings and apologized for misreading the ticket.
How is your inability to read my issue and should result in this type of retaliatory behavior the next time you see me?
I have been to this location TWICE and each time had to deal with this unprofessional woman. I already had no plans to return however when the police arrived she filed a Notice to Trespass that included my full home address, putting my personal safety at risk. The police are now on alert for any suspicious retaliatory behavior, as she is clearly unstable and should never have access to customer information.
This is not an isolated incident, other public google reviews name her personally and confirm that she is rude. She has zero professionalism, no customer service skills, and behaves like a nasty human being. If you cannot handle being kind or respectful to paying customers, you do not deserve a job that requires interaction with the public.
I am already in communication with Pizza Hut corporate, and I will not stop until she is terminated. I will explore every legal avenue available, no matter how long it takes.

Read moreRidiculous.. first of all they didn't have the mushrooms I ordered so I had to wait 30mins.. after that the manager was nice enough to offer me complimentary soda which I denied as I wasn't interested. On reaching home I find out that they messed up the whole order... I ordered garlic Parmesan sauce and they used tomato sauce.. I ordered toasted cheddar crust and they made it plain... on calling them she asked us to drive back so that she could make me a new one.. upon arrival the person at the register, Ash is like oh it's been 1.5 hr..hello it takes me 20mins one way.. now remind you she's the one who took my order and knew they didn't have the mushrooms and I had to wait .. well Ash, who's gonna include the time to change shower and then settle down to eat ??? N then she has the audacity to say the sauce is garlic Parmesan and not tomato.. This isn't my first time ordering miss.... when I got pissed by this another girl intervened and she called the chef... as soon as he was asked what type of sauce it was, his immediate response??? TOMATO SAUCE... you really think I don't know the difference between tomatoes and garlic Parmesan?? Next question.. oh u brought half the pizza( despite showing her the pics of two other half eaten slices which had tomato sauce...u want me to bring a half eaten slice too???) well if you did you should have told me when I called and you said come back! Really bad attitude despite them knowing there is 3 clear mistakes in their order... shameful... Please don't mix her with Ashley the manager......
