I gotta give this two stars because Natasha at the register is doing the least possible work she can get away with. There was an elderly couple in front of me who could not remember the rewards number as she was relatively rude in him, but also didn’t even bother to try to help him out to get the proper discounts instead she just charged the full price the rewards is why we shop at Walgreens and these people were on their last breath like you couldn’t help them out. Couldn’t have been an outstanding citizen in your community. Then it was my turn. She didn’t even bother to ask if I had a rewards she just told me the total which was much higher than I would’ve paid if I didn’t put them on rewards so I did. Then she told me the new total and then I had to ask her if I had any dollars off as we accumulate points for something at Walgreens and then she proceeded to tell me what I had So again she’s doing the least amount of work she possibly can do. I get it. It’s a rough area. She probably has to deal with a lot of negativity throughout the day but if you don’t wanna be there, don’t ruin it for the people who are just regular people don’t ruin it for the elderly couple who is trying to get a discount. I hate to see poor customer service. It’s not that hard. If you hate your life go in the back run some stock or get a job that doesn’t have you interacting...
Read moreWe had the BEST experience at this Walgreens thanks to Deanna! After striking out at Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Albertsons—and even asking our hotel front desk—we were about to give up on finding a simple deck of playing cards during our stay in Gallup.
Enter Deanna, the absolute sweetest human being! She was so kind, cheerful, and helpful. Instead of just pointing us in the direction of the aisle, she stopped what she was doing, personally walked us to the exact spot, and even talked to us about the options. Her kindness and energy turned our whole day around. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant so much to us. If you're lucky enough to catch Deanna on shift, you're in good hands!
Thank you, Walgreens, for hiring such gems. This store will definitely be our go-to anytime...
Read moreTraveling from out of state, my son needed some necessary products. We arrived to the Walgreens on Route 66 at 8:55pm. We realized that we were cutting things close since the store closed at 9 pm. Imagine our surprise, as well as other customers who were turned away, the store was already closed. I was informed by two different store associated at 8:57 pm that they were closed. Tammy, the manager was already in the back office counting the tills and completing the closing procedures for the evening. During this unprecedented times, I understand that store hours may vary. The closing time of 9pm is posted on the store website as well as posted notices on the doers. It is completely unacceptable that multiple patrons were turned away due to the store...
