Dairy Queen never disappoints! Whether I’m stopping by for a quick bite or craving something sweet, it always hits the spot. The burgers and chicken strips are surprisingly good—fresh, hot, and satisfying every time. But of course, the real star is the dessert menu. The Blizzard treats are legendary, with tons of mix-in options and seasonal flavors that keep things interesting.

The service is friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. I also appreciate how clean the location is and how they take care with presentation, even for drive-thru orders. It’s a great place for families, a casual hangout, or a solo treat-yourself moment.

2.5 to be exact. Let's just say the service in this place is like flipping a coin. I go back because this is the only...THEEE ONLY Dairy Queen in Gallup, NM. Customer service has decreased tremendously during the pandemic. No one really gives a mmmmm anymore.

I only go when this particular lady is not there. If I see her, I back up and drive off. This lady uses her hands when touching the bananas, not the peel, the actual banana! She didn't even wash her hands. 🤢 Gloves should be worn when you handling food or wash your hands. 😩 I even seen her lick her fingers.

Service is quick but be ready to order or they yell at you. 😂 Remember folks, you are they money that...

We didn't have the food, which I'm sure was fine, but the staff was incredibly rude to my wife.

We'd been on the road for over five hours, three states away from home, and we were already late getting dinner (a baby will do that to you). My wife really wanted a Dairy Queen blizzard.

All that said, they refused to serve us because we didn't have masks due to the "mandate." Okay, fine, but don't be rude about it. Incidentally, it took them longer to tell us they wouldn't serve us than actually serving us would have taken.
