Verizon — Local services in Gallup

I absolutely recommend you do not do business with this place. I’m surprised at all the 3+ star reviews. I needed a phone so I decided to go with this place. In the beginning they were helpful and quoted me $400 trade in value. It was close to closing and Eric helped me. Something happened to the printer so he told me he would email my documents. I said okay and trusted him. Big mistake. I didn’t receive my paperwork, I had called and was hung up on several times by him, and every time I went into the store for assistance, there was only one person working with several people in line. Never got help. Even calling customer service was useless. After MONTHS of bugging them, I finally got my paperwork and was told Eric was let go. I explained my situation to the sales person, the new boss overheard me and scolded the sales associate and ordered him not to speak of Eric anymore. He said, “Do no speak of Eric, that is in the past!” Well, hello! I’m a customer telling them my issue. Anyway, it was unprofessional and now I’m stuck in a contract with them for two more years and I regret ever doing business with them. Stick with straight talk or go to an actual Verizon store, not an authorized retailer. Trust me! It is absolutely not worth it. There are actual deals with full customer service support.
