My dad is a senior and went to this location for help connecting his new iPhone to his car. He just purchased his new phone from this location 2 days prior. The female that works there was resistant to help him. She finally did go outside to help and halfway through she said “I will be right back, there’s a customer” she never came back after the customer left and just left my dad waiting. I told my dad to go back in so he did. She was standing in the corner and ignored him. My dad said “is there anyone that can help me finish connecting my phone?” One of the young boys said “No, we can’t. We are not allowed to do that” so my dad just walked out. I called the store to get some answers and the young boy answered- I asked why they wouldn’t help my dad and he said because we are not allowed to. Instead of telling my dad that from the start they left him outside waiting after helping him halfway. I also called a different T-Mobile location and they said they could absolutely have a sales associate come outside to help my dad connect his phone- I clarified that they were allowed to do that and she said absolutely. The employees that work this location are a bunch of young, lazy kids with no customer service skills. I asked to speak the the manager but I’m sure the kid lied and said the manager was in a meeting. He took my number and said he would have the manager call me, it never happened....
   Read moreI have been here before and they always give me a horrible experience. Today was the worse of them all. I came in for the T-Mobile Tuesday free item and there was a gentleman ahead of me and he showed the item counter and then she handed him the item and he left. She saw me and went straight to the back room. No one else was in the store and she just leaves. When she comes back. She tells me that she has to access my account in order to receive my free item which the other person ahead of me did not even do. She also tried to sell me an item and multiple times even when I said no thank you. When she was unable to access my account. She told me that I will need to give her the password before I can get any free tmobile tuesday item. She was pushy to sell me something and she left me alone in the store for 5 minutes even when I told her right away what I came here for. She looked spanish to me but I do not know for sure but I will not forget her face and how she always treat me whenever I come into the store. I can understand if the store was busy or I came in late in the store but I came in at store opening and she acted like she had something better to do...

The associates that work here are completely incompetent. The absolute worst experience of my life trying to get a replacement phone from this store. They inspected it and claimed it was fine then two days later the manager has an attitude and claims to be to busy to help customer’s but when we get to the store she’s doing nothing except sitting on her phone in the office. They have to inspect the phone before exchange and now all of a sudden they say it’s water damaged. Went to the store in Lodi, and it was perfectly fine there was nothing wrong with the phone.
