Taco Bell — Restaurant in Galt

This Taco Bell has become the worst one I’ve gone to. Went there last night and my food was not made right. Per usual. They barely melt the cheese. I tend to always have cold cheese in my food. They also don’t warm up/grill the tortillas. I got a Crunchwrap and 5 layer burrito and the tortillas on both were barely cooked up. Seems like they put the Crunchwrap on the grill for like 5 seconds and then take it off and expect it to be done. Worst costumer service ever! The drive through girl was very rude when I pointed out my order was completely wrong & had the manager come to window & then remade my food and the tacos where almost empty!! Literally! It was 97% taco shell & lettuce. & the look she gave me when handing me the food b4 we drive off had me wondering what it was about? Until I see my taco shells they sold me! Went through drive thru today to TRY to pick up my mobile order.I was the only one in the whole drive thru and when I came up to the window the worker told me you need to go into the store and wait for your food for mobile orders.He mentioned mobile orders are slowing their drive thru down.This is the only taco bell that has started doing this and it's a huge inconvenience for people with little ones and pets.Customers just want to pick up their food that has already paid for and get back on the road!Maybe they don't need a drive...
