Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Galt

I ordered a Sourdough Jack with no ketchup, easy mayo. I also asked for mustard on my burger. I did not get any tomato or mustard and the mayo was not easy. Just because I ordered no ketchup does not mean I didn't want tomatoes. I ordered this through the mobile app. I checked to make sure I ordered right I did. Jack in the box just didn't get it. I was home and back to work, so I couldn't bring it back. It was not what I ordered or wanted. This ruined my lunch and I still have more than half left in the refrigerator. I wish I could have gotten what I ordered. This all happened yesterday 11/4/20. I should mention that I also ordered a regular strawberry shake as well. Honestly it was better than the burger but it was over done with strawberries but okay. So all in all I had three bites of a bad burger and a bit of shake for lunch. Very disappointed and wish I could have my money back or the meal I ordered yesterday at noon. I would highly suggest that anyone who gets food at this Jack in the box to check your order even though they rush you to leave the drive thru window. I say this because every time I try to check the person at the window gets attitude because of this and the time there given to get people through the drive thru. Don't be in such a hurry and give the customers what they order. I normally do not use the drive thru but because of covid 19 I have no choice but to use the drive thru. Food , cold , burnt, buns look step on 2nd time bread torn look like rats been chewing on it, got sick pull over , unchecked, didn't even make it to my destination, thus is the 3rd time in months, manager never there , when you ask, by law food is supposed to be a certain temp, that's why we are getting sick off this store, as a adult we can eat what we want, when your kid's getting sick from this garbage, something has to be done. I hardly eat out. I was driving to pick someone up so I stopped. What a mistake. Went through the drive-through asked for my french fries to be cooked crispy. They were still white and cold, my tacos, which were too small ones were still cold. Walked inside ask them if they could please re-make my french fries they did, during the time the young girls, stared at me talking to each other On their headsets.
