Do not waste your time donating anything to this location because they are rude and appreciative. I went to donate clothes for the first time clothes, shoes, and unused hair just asking if they were accepting donations only for 2 women to say we not accepting donation but people keep bringing them and the other to say she doesn’t have them in bag. First impression are everything and I surely don’t not feel welcomed. I never begged anyone to take anything I had which majority of everything was new but it was so match negativity. The old lady at the front desk kicked me out after being there for less than ten minutes. I did arrive 40 minutes before close but there was still a reasonable amount of time for me to look around. She came and found me and said “If you have items you need to bring them up to the front now!” Not only was she extremely rude when I got to the counter and asked if any of the shelves were for sale she refused even though there were price tags on the items. They had a rat at the front desk. I do not support businesses with a rodent issues. This rat was HUGE and had a disgusting attitude.
