AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Garden City

So I had ordered some parts online, and I guess the carrier service to you guys use messed app and only brought half the order. Now I've been broke down for about 4 days roughly and would have had to walk now, 5 or 6 hours in order to get the parts. However, the associate, I believe his name is Don Young man drives a white Jeep. Anyways, he was nice enough to bring me to parts and had he not brought me the parts. I would have probably never shopped at autozone again, but because he was willing to do that on his break and whatnot. I will continue to go through you guys and very much appreciated that he was willing to take time out of his day to bring me that stuff when he didn't have to. Had an issue when a bolt flew off the alternator and when we stopped to check on it, saw that the wiring had been chewed. 8/3/23 @ 11:30am We were an hour from home and stopped at AutoZone for parts. The staff was wonderful. They assisted my husband in finding the parts he needed and then jumpstarted the dually as the battery hadn't been charging due to the alternator. It was pretty hot and I was sitting in the truck. The gentleman (wished I had gotten his name) invited me into the air conditioned store and got me a chair so I could wait comfortably.

Drive all the way from Hardeeville to have to deal with this prejudice employee. After dealing with this store for years and understanding their return policy. This employee refused to give me a store credit because I didn't have a receipt. I called another store so that they could give him a better understanding that led to him saying that I could've stolen those items and trying to return them. I took offense to that statement, because I've never been a theif. This guy will run your day. If you have to go to this location, avoid this guy at all cost! He's rude, prejudice, and ruin...
