I feel completely disappointed and deceived by TELETRON. On April 17, 2025, I went to TELETRON to purchase a BIOMAT QUEEN mattress. Before paying, I specifically asked about their return policy. Both the store owner (Mr. Huy) and his staff assured me: “Don’t worry, if you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days for a full 100% refund. After that, contact the manufacturer directly. This is a top-quality product, one of our best-sellers. You won’t have any issues.”
Because of that reassurance, I felt confident paying. But I never received any email confirmation or shipping details. After waiting several days, I returned to the store on April 20 to ask why. They blamed the delay on the holiday and promised that a manager would contact the supplier and UPS to get an update. Finally, on April 21, I received an email saying the item would be delivered on Friday, April 25 between 3–4 PM.
When I opened the package and used the mattress that evening, I found that it was defective – the heating function was broken and caused my back to overheat, making it impossible to sleep. Concerned, I returned to the store on April 29 to ask for a refund due to the defective product.
However, the store manager, Jimmy, acted aggressively and refused to explain anything, simply saying they do not refund any opened items, regardless of the reason. When I asked to speak with the owner again, Mr. Huy said: “I’m no longer in charge – the manager decides now.” Then he walked upstairs and refused to come back down or speak with me.
