I used to love going here but I had a horrible experience. There's an older bigger bald man that works security kicked my husband from just sitting in the lobby. He has a medical card as well. That guy treated him like he was a criminal just for sitting on the couch waiting for me. I don't have a car right now which is why he came with me. The person in the back was pretty rude as well. My husband called the manager this morning and they said guests are more than welcome to sit in the lobby and wait for their guests to come. He also made fun of me a few months ago. I was trying to ask what the fourth of july hours were and I accidentally said Christmas. I have massive social anxiety and I panic when I go into stores. A simple brain fog moment led to him making jokes about me, right in front of me, for like 5 minutes until I went into the back. I really Really hope this guy gets fired, he's ruder than holy hell, he's demanding when he should be understanding. He was on a power trip last night and my husband almost went up and confronted him. This guy isn't a good worker and I personally don't think I'll come back here because of the way I felt last...

For starters, I’m glad we have medicinal dispensary in the area in the North East parts of Ohio! I’m giving this place three stars not based on the customer service not based on the quality but just all around rules and facts of the marijuana program that they’re participating in. I feel like the quality of the medicinal plant that’s purchase from this place of business is some of the best quality I’ve purchase before not comparing to the California medical marijuana dispensaries but all the Midwest! I’m happy that it’s in the area! The price it’s not affordable the price is not negotiable. There are no deals, and especially if you’re spending your hard earned money on this product at this place of business, there should be something like a rewards program or at least you get what you pay for 3.5 for the price you paying instead of getting 2.8 for the price you’re paying! Not fair don’t like it don’t love it. But other than that everything’s good facilities clean the people are nice in the bud it’s also clean and refreshing I will be back three out...

I’ve been to Terrasana multiple times, and on two prior occasions, they applied my discount to a promotional purchase without any issue. This time, when I asked for the same discount, the manager reviewed the screen, acknowledged that it had been done multiple times before, and then decided it wouldn’t be honored again.

The way this was handled was completely rude and unprofessional. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and the staff seemed poorly trained and uninformed. If the policy is to not apply discounts to promotions, that’s fine, but to honor it multiple times before and then suddenly refuse it—with no real explanation other than “we’re not doing it anymore”—is unacceptable.

Compared to amazing dispensaries like Nectar, which offers veterans a 30% recreational discount, Terrasana’s treatment of customers is disappointing. I’ll gladly stick with the Nectarines...
