Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

I frequent many Starbucks and go to this one at least 2-3 weekday mornings a week. Staff are usually friendly and attentive. It is curious to me that at most other Starbucks, decaf coffee is available but at this one, rarely is it available and so I have to pay more for them to make decaf americanos. At other Starbucks, if drip decaf is not available, they offer me an americano at no extra cost but that is never an option here. Pour overs are offered but even if they say it takes 'only a few minutes' it truly doesn't.

I occasionally have the problem of specifically asking for decaf (I NEVER have caffeine) and accidentally getting caffeinated coffee. Last Friday at 6 am this happened but unfortunately I don't notice it until about an hour after I've consumed the whole beverage so by 7:30 am, my heart was racing, my hands were shaking and I felt dizzy. That night, I couldn't sleep despite being up for work at 4 am. I then had a 48 hour headache. I'm not sure if baristas really understand the damage done when someone gets caffeine when they specifically...

Upon my entering the parking lot I noticed they were busy with cars wrapped around but that’s to be expected being still morning 10:00 a.m….. So I walked inside…. There I was greeted by a friendly face… I didn’t catch her name but she had red hair and was very pleasant. I tend to be the lady some might find annoying with the obnoxious orders… but being on Keto and disciplined wanting a strong cup of coffee you do what you have to do…. I ordered a Venti Cappuccino made with butter, half water half heavy whipping cream, 2 shots of Sugar Free Vanilla and an extra shot of espresso…. Btw… I haven’t had a Cappuccino in over a year so this was especially hopeful of being delish… Along with an order of the Bacon Guyre Bites…. I was in and out within 7 minutes…. My bites were heated all the way through… something other locations have had an issue with…. And my Cappuccino “Bulletproof” style was a great treat! I’ll be back for sure! Also tip...

I hate patronizing this particular Starbucks due to their customer service; however, this was the closest for me. I ordered my usual, Hot Chocolate & cinnamon coffee cake. I always asked for “No Whip Cream”. The person gave me the coffee cake but not the drink. Another person came to the window and ask what did I want? My hot chocolate. She gave it to me and of course, it had whip cream. I told her and she immediately had an attitude. She said she would make another one. She gave me the first one back and went to make the second order. I placed the incorrect order on the drive thru tray. When she returned, she told me that I had to take both because they’re not allowed to accept incorrect orders. I told her there was nothing for me to do with it either.
