If I could give zero stars I would. All these five stars must be lies. Two doctors our terrible. I had the worst experience. My daughter has adhd which they never diagnosed. The doctors maybe should get more training on adhd which apparently they know absolutely nothing about. At least Doctor ye and some ski doctor. My daughter was in trouble every day and had red at school. She wasn't ding it on purpose and the poor girl had impulse control issues. She was chewing off her nails this is when I became very concerned. The doctor would not put her on anything. He acted as if I was putting him out. The next day I took her to Akron Childrens where they took time to care. In fact doctor was very concerned about the nail situation They put her on a magic medicine. She been on blues and purple all week. She not been in office once. She stopped chewing her nails. Those two doctors need to retrain on adhd and other behaviors. I wasn't asking because I want them. I was asking my child need them to be on level she should be. Wait two months while child harms herself fir a psychiatry appointment when you could taken 1 min send a prescription. Shame on you. It's disgusting how you treated a child that truely needed something so She wouldn't harm herself. Shame on you. ...

They are always overbooking and then cancelling my child appointment like my child health doesn’t matter to me. Whats the point of having a pediatrician if my child never see his pediatrician ?!? The doctors are good but the front desk people are horrible. Every time I call, they have an attitude or they put me on hold for 20 minutes! It’s so annoying to the point that I’m considering going elsewhere....who wants to deal with that?...just to ask a simple question or to make an appointment?!
