Illusions smoke shop (now TC GLASS AND VAPE) — Local services in Garfield Township

Outstanding customer service, great selection (including things I've never seen in the 50 plus shops I've checked out in many states) and though some prices were a little more than some shops I've visited, they're flexible and still gave me a great deal. If ever I'm back in Michigan I would return in a heartbeat. I'd recommend this place, especially for those who know a thing or two about glass/the industry. Jeff and Dave (I'm horrible with names but 98% sure I got it right) provided me with the whole experience. They were really knowledgeable, I felt I could have a legitimate back and forth discussion with them on the industry, the products, the politics behind it etc and that they'd not only share their insight with me, but take in the information I had to share as well. Hello, I would rate my dealing with this company badly. I had a friend not from the states going in to buy pods and he got ripped off 10$. Normal juul pods sell from 16 to 20$ anywhere you go and they had them 10$ more than all the other pods. When I went in to return them and the man said that they paid 30 for them and sell them for the same but I went on the juul website they sell them for 16. I think that a company should have integrity to their customers. I think that it is a big thing for a smaller company to have. I would say that this company does not have that at all. I went to your shop on a Saturday, the gentleman that was working was very pleasant. He told me if I didn't like the a certain flavor, it wouldn't be a problem to exchange. But the real deal is I cld Monday night and explained the situation, and I can't remember when I've had a person speak to me so rudely, he hung up on me!! Y'know, I thought I was the customer?
