I can’t say enough about this particular location and what Karina did for us! We drove in from out of town to find some ice hockey skates and when we returned home we found out that we unfortunately couldn’t use the skates we purchased as they were too well loved! I called the store in hopes of extending the return policy since we live far away and have a lot of tournaments and holidays coming up! We wanted to come get another pair but we weren’t sure when we could! Karina, without the slightest hesitation, immediately hunted down a pair in her size and sent me a pic. Gorgeous pair of new Bauers, every kids dream, but a bit out of our price range. After stating as much Karina corrected me and informed me that these would be on them?!?!?!??!!! Wow! Seriously. I insisted to just send us another used pair but they absolutely refused stating that “It was our mistake and we want to make it right. 😊 we just want to be sure you would be happy with them 😊” and “Your player is important and we want to know she is taken care of with her skates.” 🤍🤍🤍 as if that wasn’t enough it happened to be my daughters birthday! They gift wrapped the box in !!birthday paper!! with a !!bow!! and a card with her name and a sweet message 😭! Along with a few extra goodies and they sharpened the skates for her….. I’m in awe. This will forever reside in her and our fond memories of the over the top customer experience we have had. In general everyone was so very kind and helpful while we were there and we are looking forward to doing business with them for many years to come. Top Notch customer service. Dropped off skis on Saturday to be waxed/ sharpened. Was told they would be ready in a couple of days. Made spontaneous ski plans with a friend for Tuesday, so came by the following Monday to pick up the skis as I thought they might be done by then. Was told that they were scheduled to be ready on Wednesday. Totally understandable given that it’s peak season and when I initially dropped them off didn’t indicate I would need them quickly. Was feeling really bummed, and not thinking much would come of it asked if there’s any way they could be done before tomorrow ( Tuesday) The manager ( I’m assuming) offered to have them done by Tuesday afternoon. With I’m sure what was an obvious face of disappointment I said thank you and expressed that I was actually hoping to leave early Tuesday morning and that Tuesday afternoon wouldn’t work with my plans, I thanked the manager for trying to accommodate me and said no worries I can just pick them up Wednesday the day they were originally scheduled. The manager then said “ Well if you’re skiing tomorrow morning we can have them done for you tonight, just come right before close” I was SHOCKED and so APPRECIATIVE. This business went out of there way to make me feel valued as a customer and went out of there way to accommodate my admittedly very large request. I bought an exercise bike here, it was supposed to be still covered under factory warranty, but the manufacturer is now out of business and its parent company would not help me when it broke. Play It Again was under no obligation to help because I purchased the bike several years ago, but they helped me anyways! I am a combat wounded, disabled veteran that uses the bike every day for physical therapy. The owner of Play it Again agreed that the manufacturer should’ve helped me, so the owner replaced the broken exercise bike with a brand new one, free of charge!
