Wow great place. Definitely go here for your pet needs. Great helpful people even answering the phone or social media and providing accurate answers.

Large selection of every thing, we were buying raw food and they carried some of the better recommended brand in the larger sizes for our 65lb pup. But they had toys, treats, leashes, collars... You name it, they had something. Pet self wash, this is big for us since we travel and need to find places to give the pup a bath and love these self washes. Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices and you can leave with your pups selection, way faster than faceless Amazon. You can bring your well behaved, leashed pup. This is great to help wear them out and we all know a tired pup is a good happy pup.

I located Pets Naturally looking for cupcakes for my baby birthday. I ordered a few different treats. When I received the package so quickly I might add. It smelled so good I wanted to eat it. The staff member Rachel was so nice and helpful from the start. I let Rubeey Redd have some and she just loved it. I kept them in the Fridge so she would come get me and whimper at the fridge. I thought that was too cute. I also, purchased something for my neighbors dog and soon as I saw her she said Bridgette loved the cookie you gave her. Needless to say we are now placing a second order and there will be more. They really care about the well-being of our dogs. And it shows in the food and service. Have to agree with previous review - this store should be called "Dogs Naturally". I went to the very small selection of cat products which was a joke, not one employee could be bothered to greet me or give me the time of day, yet I witnessed over and over they greeted and helped anyone who had a dog or wanted dog products. I was in there for about 20 minutes and will never go back, If you have a cat - go somewhere else, they really don't like cats or anyone with a cat. As the other reviewer said - not 1 employee talked...
