If you are reading this I assume you recently suffered an injury or are experiencing some aches and pains and need a physical therapist. Trust me when I tell you that you can stop looking and go to this facility. I was 7 weeks post op and went to 2 other physical therapist office in the area before finding this place. I was so far behind in my rehabilitation that I thought I would never recover. The staff made sure I would recover. I consider this place and its staff more like family at this point. Not only did they fix my body, they protected and strengthened my mental wellbeing as well. I can tell you I am far better than when I started in every way and you will be too. If I could rate this place 1000% I would. I’m not sure if upper level management reads these comments. However, if they do, everyone at this facility deserves a promotion. After attending therapy sessions for an extended period, I would like to provide a review of my experience. Prior to therapy, I was unable to sleep on my left side due to the severity of the pain. Fortunately, my concerns were addressed and effectively treated. The front desk staff consistently demonstrate kindness, politeness, and a willingness to accommodate. The exercises prescribed vary depending on the therapist, which I appreciate as it prevents boredom and provides a more challenging experience. Notably, my migraines have decreased significantly, and the pain that previously radiated from my shoulders to my head has subsided. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to see a chiropractor during the same visit. Karlos and the PT hands-on staff were good, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this place. I had met my out-of-pocket maximum with my insurance company, yet I was charged $50.00 because that is their policy.

I tried to explain that I had met my out-of-pocket maximum and even had my insurance company call their billing department, who agreed with me. However, the next day when I went back for treatment, the girl at the front desk insisted that regardless of meeting my out-of-pocket maximum, they had to charge me 20%.
