Horrible experience. They took over 2 hours to get my food because they “forgot to send a driver” so not only did I get my food very late they also charged me for something for that isn’t even on their menu that also happens to be priced higher. Unless you want to be waiting around for your order to never come and have to call again an hour and a half later in order ensure your food is still coming only to find out it was never even in the works the entire time and if you enjoy getting your order confused with something that’s not on the menu and then charged extra for it then I suggest to never order from here. The food quality upon arrival was extremely low which was my biggest surprise as well as their customer service when I called regarding my issues. Very disappointed. Update Now I’m disgusted. The manager actually called me hours after leaving this review and when I explained to him that I am currently busy running my store and that my phone is being used to play the music so I can’t really talk at the moment and I asked him if I can call him back later, he insisted to continue talking while I was taking care of a customer’s issue so I hung up. He proceeded to call me back with a different phone and when I told him I am busy like I had just said, he then goes and says “But you had time to leave a bad review” which just reaffirms my initial review on how low their customer service really is....

Cheese fries...$8.25. now I can understand trying to make a profit from the cheese... But a 300 -400%profit will 100% of the time put this business out of business. It's only a matter of time. Also I read through the comments and I saw some other people saying how expensive this place is. The owner replied with let me know if you find a better place as if there's no better place around here lmao. How about Rosa Pizza on River road. Ostria pizza on River road. ,Hasbrouck heights Pizza , I don't know if he was serious or not but that answer was a joke there's plenty of better places around here..... By the way when someone is telling you their prices are that high because of ingredients and how much they pay for it..... It insults your intelligence.... Everybody knows what french fries cost and everybody knows what cheese costs. Do a little bit of math and you'll see that these are priced literally three to 400% above cost. That's ridiculous ,Even in the stock market people only expect around 15% gain on average...... A company maybe 30% 35% and that's reaching but 300...

We've been eating here since it opened several years back and always have a great experience. Whether I come in on my lunch break for a quick bite or pick up for my family at home, we always look forward to the food and seeing the friendly owner Gaetano. The specialty slices are great and there is something for all tastes. They are always introducing new ones too. The best time to catch those are at lunchtime. They is also a lunch special menu with great stuff from salads, my favorite is the Asian Seasame Chicken or even a Chicken pesto panni. The standard Italian dishes like chicken Parmesan are perfect. There is also a gelato counter and authentic espresso. Recently, more tables have been added and the menu is always adding new great stuff. I have never been disappointed and would recommend this to anyone looking for great pizza or Italian food. If you're not sure which slice to order because there are so many choices ask Gaetano and he'll serve you personally. Give it a shot and I'm sure you won't be...
