My wife went there tonight and they messed up the order as usual so she got them to fix it the said they refunded the partial order but instead the charged another 8 dollars on top of the 33 dollars original order , and after she got home the order was still wrong and missing items . When I called up there to talk to them the so called manager was extremely rude to me , I would have never went back up there but I did I brought their food back plus he hung up the phone on me because he said I cursed at him , I had to go up there because the kept both my receipts so I had to go up there I never cursed at him, he got me so angry by the way he treated my wife and me that I said this is fing unacceptable but I did not curse at him at all . Right of the bat I could smell mariguana from the so called manager and I could smell it from inside the door were they cook our food that's unacceptable. Then the manager was even more rude and he finally gave me my receipt saying he refunded both transaction but he did not fully refund them so now I have to get a hold of corporate to get this transactions squared away. Service here is horrible they mess up not once but twice and then want to treat you like your trash wow I'm done with sonic they clearly don't care about the customers if you guys think in over reacting well read all the other reviews and c for your self stay away from this place we can spend our money any were else and actually get good service. The only person that was admirable and actually cared was a young white kid that was very pleasant and nice he is the kind of person that should be a manager because he truly does care and I know he will be be great in the long run . Read moreGoogle showed the restaurant open, the app showed it open, I was able to place an order. I pull up to the restaurant, all lights off and kitchen abandoned. I called the customer service line and asked for help, a simple refund since the business is closed even though it allowed orders to be taken via the app. I was told my “request would be processed for a refund” and didn’t hear anything after. I wasn’t given a refund, nobody got back to me. The CSR assured me that I’d receive an email about the refund request (I didn’t). She assured me I’d at least be told if I was or wouldn’t receive a refund (I didn’t get one, and no one contacted me.) Instead, my money was taken with no product/services rendered while the restaurant was closed AFTER I’d placed an order. If the restaurant was closed, EVEN WITH IT BEING LABELED AS OPEN ONLINE/AS INDICATED BY MY ABILITY TO ORDER, then I should be able to get my money back. Nope, instead I’m out that money and left never wanting to return to any of your businesses. Not like the company cares, I mean look at the customer support I’ve “received”, or lack thereof. I’d bet $15 I’ll get the typical generic response, “Sorry to hear we disappointed you, If you would like to escalate your feedback to the franchise owner, our team is happy to file a report. Read moreReview One: Food and service has gone downhill. I am sick of their stale, greasy fries and subpar hamburgers. I am not sure what happened, it used to be my favorite fast food restaurant in this area.
Review Two: I went back since the owner responded to my review. Big mistake! I ordered a super Sonic breakfast burrito in the drive thru. Me and my wife get to the window and they try to give us two burgers and a drink. My wife says very slow and clear what we ordered. She says okay and comes back with ice tea! My wife patiently says what we ordered again. She then comes back with another random order. The whole time I am reminding my wife how horrible the food is. My wife finally calls them to the window and asked them to cancel the order. I don't think they had even started it.
We left and went to the Sonic on Horizon in Rockwall. We went thru the drive thru and ordered the same thing. We waited at the window for less than a minute and we received our "correct" order hot, fresh and delicious. The Sonic in Rockwall is a lot farther away but check it out if you want to see how a Sonic should operate.
