Even today we still remember the experience we had at this outlet back in June of this year. We apologize for the delay with this review. Our time spent in this store was about 2 hours and it was AMAZING. When we first entered the store, a man welcomed us in the store as he was walking by, he didnt break a stride, he was leading customer to the cash register for check out, he also let us know about the sale that was taking place in the store. His name is Aubrey, he also said to let them know if they could help us locate a hat or had any questions. Not long after that we were approached by an employee named, Rosa, another WOW. Rosa was very knowledgeable about their inventory and the uses of each hat and provided helpful informatiom regarding seasons, etc as we were asking her questions. She was always patience with us, were were newbies’, our first Stetson hat purchases. When my husband inquired about a particular hat that he was unable to locate his size on the floor, Rosa quickly went to the back to see if she could locate one for him, when she came back she had the hat size he needed as well as another choice that she thought he might want to look at. Rosa was very professional, friendly with personality, and ready to get to know us. I think she had just about as much fun as my husband and I did. As we were checking out we met Susie (Another great example of exceptional customer service) I asked her about a purse that was behind her on the shelf, we then started looking at Montana Silver and on and on. She did not loose her patience with me. We found out in sharing about ourselves that Aubrey use to leave in Edmond, OK so we found a common thread and we all talked about Edmond. We have shared our experience as well as making sure we show our friends and relatives our purchases so they can see and hear about the wonderful experience we had because of this STAFF at this store.    Read moreAs soon as we walked in the door, a man promptly said “over there” and pointed to the left. No other greeting. Our first time here, we were a little confused. The cashier was very nice and explained since I walked in with my own hat that they like people to pay up front for any reshaping. Fine, I guess. It was only $15 plus tax. Odd greeting, but it didn’t get much better from here.
My primary purpose for visiting the store was to have a Stetson I already own reshaped, a service they advertise that they offer. Once we stood in line waiting for a fitter, a girl came over to help translate for him and told me, “we really don’t like to do this on the weekends” - which isn’t noted anywhere, and they sure didn’t have a problem taking my money up front for a service they don’t like to offer on that day. They let me talk through what I wanted done anyway, but it was very apparent they did not want to do it (was only a change in brim shape). This was after I stood in line and watched another customer make multiple adjustments to their hat with no issues.
On a busy Saturday, there were only two hat fitters working, so if they decide they want to help you, be prepared to wait a while. Neither of the hat fitters spoke any English either, which is fine, but something you should know before you go because you will not be someone they want to help if you don’t speak Spanish.

I found an open road Stetson that struck my interest right away and inquired on this particular item. This item sells on the official Stetson website for 205.00 and RHOS was selling this particular hat for 185.00 . I already knew that this particular hat was defective simply for the fact that it had oiled finger prints on the felt, the satin lining was dingy and once the hat was on my head , I noticed the stitching was slightly off causing the hat to somewhat shift to the left. Sorry, but if I’m gonna be paying top dollar money on an item that is only 20.00 off, I’d rather pay for a new one. I am an eclectic avid hat collector and pretty knowledgeable about a few Stetson hats. The majority of these hats are defective which i have no issues with, this is why i sought out this particular hat shop. It takes a keen eye to spot these irregularities.
