T C Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Garland

I have been there on several occasions and have received very poor customer service. Workers are very rude and condescending when taking yiur order and this has hapoened on 2 occasions but today was definately not the day. Strick 3 you out! Today, I was going to order 7 snowcones of different flavors, but due to rudeness of the workers and ended with a window being slammed in my face and asking to speak to the owner (who I don't believe for one minute I was speaking to an owner) and if it was he was unconcerned and rude as well. I guess because they have TC Shaved Ice in Rockwall they don't have to focus on customer service. Sorry to tell you young immature fellas thats the most important thing especially at this time. I will never purchase anything from your establishment ever. People if you really want a good snowcone and the service is good, try Snowballs on Buckner and Peavy! As for you workers at TC please take the time to learn proper etiquette when dealing with customers and from how you handled me its not important. The shaved ice was disappointing I got a pickadily and let me tell you - it was more pickles than ice. I mean i should just ordered a whole entire pickle!! The corn in the cup was disgusting!! Don’t know what this water is but it’s disgusting!! Please train your staff how to properly making a corn in a cup! Put some corn in the cup then put cheese and all the fixings and add the rest of the corn and on top the fixings as well. It’s a lot of corn in this cup with little fixings on the cup. I’ve been going here for 15 years and this is the worst shaved ice experience. A new staff older male hardly placed any flavoring in our shaved ice. 3-4 shaved ice we bought were mostly ice. The young lady that made one of the shaved ice came out excellent. This message goes to the owner please train your new employees well. The male staff is going to run of your loyal clients.
