UPDATE BELOW ORIGINAL REVIEW:
We have purchased three vehicles from Charles in the past. This is the most comfortable dealership I have dealt ever with and I will keep coming back. On every visit, the staff has been friendly and the service is typically quicker than promised. Parts were way more expensive than I expected for rear pads and rotors (although the total cost was slightly less than the estimate) but labor cost was reasonable.
UPDATE… I left a good review based on when this dealership was Charles Chevrolet. They have since sold to Sarchione. Since they have been Sarchione I have had nothing but issues with them. My son purchased a Buick Encore GX from Charles. It has only been to them for service other than 3 oils changes that he and I did ourselves. We took the vehicle to them to get a recall addressed. They “looked at it” and determined the recall indeed needed fixed but they had to wait for the part to come in. Ok… 3 days later, my son was driving and the engine started to overheat. He was stuck on the side of route 90 in a really dangerous spot. He was able to limp the car to a gas station where he was able to look at it without getting run over. The coolant line from the expansion tank was crimped and leaking. I repeat… Sarchione were the only ones who have ever worked on the engine of the car. They are refusing to fix it saying they didn’t do it but there is no possible way anyone else did it. Fast forward, two weeks, they finally get the part and it seems like it’s fixed. A few weeks later and he’s broken down again. After some inspection and after getting some things out of the way the issue is clear. The transmission cooling line had not been secured properly and came out of of the radiator. Fluid everywhere. I don’t know why they would have even touched the lines based on what they fixed but they had, obviously, done some things in that area of the engine bay. One of the factory line clips near that area was broken and, instead of using a factory replacement, they zip tied it. I would be fine if that was a local shop but come on. You’re the dealership. You should have crap like that on hand.
Basically, I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this place for repairs. They do nothing but pass the buck and put the blame on...
Read moreThe quickest and smoothest process I have ever experienced purchasing a new car! Marcus and Dan were both outstanding, answering every question I had, explaining everything as thoroughly as possible, and making sure I had everything I wanted and needed covered before signing. My dad got me in touch with Marcus and I spent 2 days shooting messages back and forth with him as I browsed the website for, sending him every car I had any interest in so he could compare them all for me, features and price wise, and when I stumbled on a brand new fully loaded 2025 Trax Activ and sent it to him, we both agreed it was the most bang for my buck, and he immediately started seeing what discounts he could get me, and sent over as much of the financing paperwork as possible to get the process started. He got me approved well within my monthly payment requirement, even with adding extended warranty, gap insurance, and a tire warranty. Once I was able to make it to the dealership to see it in person and test drive it, Marcus had everything set a d ready to go for me to test drive it right away, and had Dan all set and ready to walk me through the rest of the warranty/insurance/financing paperwork as soon as I got back from test driving it. When I say, start to finish, I was only physically at Sarchione for one hour, it’s not an understatement, because Marcus and Dan promised to make it as quick, smooth, and easy as they absolutely could, and they fulfilled that promise 1000%. Thank you Marcus, Dan, and the entire...
Read moreEdit in response to the reply: Mark Krysinski even admitted that the vehicle was only in “good” condition that is coming directly from one of YOUR team members. I could have applied to refinance through the dealership. The thing is I’m not going to pay 1k over for a car that is valued at 1k less. And this dealership could care less for ripping people off. I have bad reviews but I also have great reviews. There’s even another review that says the manager Steve is rude. Along with another customer saying your dealership is deleting negative reviews. It sure is easy to have a 4.7 star review if you are deleting the negative ones!
Buyer Beware: Inflated Prices (not military friendly either!)
I went in to buy this Volvo at market value. With all the dings, dents, and scratches, this car was only in “good” condition. It had 92,000 miles on it. The owner came over and explained that the best he could do was a couple hundred off leaving no room to negotiate. I showed him that the cars value off of CarGurus and Kelley Blue Book. He said he didn’t care about those numbers. The vehicle is clearly at LEAST 1k over value and it’s only in “good” condition. I ended up buying a Volvo at another dealership. Service was a complete 180 and that dealership was willing to negotiate. Only buy from this dealership if you want to overpay for a vehicle. This dealership does NOT care about its customers. They only care about pushing numbers and...
