Save A Lot — Local services in Garrettsville

Just had a horrible experience today. I walked in and grabbed basket planning on only buying a few items. Well ofcourse I bought more than I planned..I went up to the register and the cashier angi was working i heard stories about how rude she was from multiple people but I just thought maybe she just had bad days..but I learned today what they were talking about..I put my groceries on the belt and went to put the basket away trying to be helpful to her and she screamed at me saying miss I need that basket!!! I'm thinking they were cleaning them again so i asked oh do you need to clean it? She said no I'm using it and I'm like oh can I use the cart because my basket was over flowing and she said YOU COME WITH A BASKET YOU LEAVE WITH A BASKET so loud and rude customers were looking and staring it was embarrassing..I called the manager and told her what happened. This is my local Save-A-Lot that I do most of my food shopping. For a few weeks, they did not have any of the staples like milk or meat because I was told by a store associate that one of the higher-ups was beefing with suppliers, causing an artificial shortage on those items. Also they're always advertising that they're hiring, but what they're paying is a joke. And then one in the front doors broke down so we had to manually push it open to get into the store. I used to do all of my grocery shopping at the Streetsboro store, until it was closed in April 2021. I'm getting used to the Garrettsville store now, as I have been there a few times. I really like that they keep a few items in stock, that could only be had at Streetsboro every once in a while. Other than this, the store is clean, the employees are helpful & nice & it's a great place to shop...
