Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Garrettsville

As a previous delivery driver, I can confirm that this place is horrible in every aspect of customer service. I only worked here for a year, and I practically carried the whole store. I was doing this, I was doing that, I was doing everything. I was doing stuff that I wasn’t even supposed to be doing! This place was CONSTANTLY understaffed, which was probably why I got so many hours. I was still in high school, and some nights I wouldn’t get out of there until a half hour past midnight ON WEEKDAYS WHERE WE CLOSED AT 10. Yes. 2 hours past closing. Unreal. I had numerous people tell me that I was the best server because I genuinely served in the highest regard. I’m not saying I was perfect. Heck no. The people were rude made a online order had to call and redo address they sent it to wrong place when called to ask where food was because we done waited an hour they did not fix address and it went to Hiram instead of Windham when the driver called and we called the shop they said they was closed it was 20 mind before they closed when asked about our order they girl said it was a computer error there was no computer error it was a failure to grab a piece of paper and write down the correct address unfortunately I had to give 1 star to give a review at this point they don't even...

2 Months later and nothing has changed. Decided to give them another change after a horrible last visit. Stopped in to order and only Holly is working. This is who we had problems with last time. She told me if your ordering food it's going to be 45mins to an hour. Didn't even order cause I knew food was going to be bad. She is only working by herself again.
