If I could rate zero stars, I would. I feel as though we were taken advantage of because we were new to the golf cart scene. We were told our cart had new batteries and new tires when we bought it in 2020; most definitely NOT the case. The batteries were from 2006 and were completely corroded and burnt out within 8 months of owning the cart. When replacing the batteries, we also found that he sold us a cart with a completely rusted out undercarriage. And I know we didn't cause that, because we kept it put up in a garage when not in use. We put over a thousand dollars into it just to make it drivable again. And we hadn't even owned it a year. I tell everyone that I know not to shop here. High prices for junk. I helped my mom buy a cart from Steve 4 years ago. Wonderful service, very knowledgeable and a great cart. Unfortunately my mom is not here anymore but her cart is running strong. I also bought a cart from Steve after that for my mom. I had it painted in a custom color. The 1st paint junk was not the right color.
