I went with my family last night and we ordered approximately $20 worth of tacos and a few loaded grillers. All our food was put into one bag and when I got out of the car the bag busted and now my food is on the ground! I was able to save some of the food. We started eating the tacos and me and my husband just looked at each other with the same look! OMG the shells were stale . The grillers had these little red chips with a lot of cheese sauce and I though there was supposed to be meat on it. It was called a beefy cheese loaded griller. This thing was not loaded with anything! I called the store and asked for the GM and a girl got on the phone stating she was the GM. As I was talking she was rudely talking to another employee. I told her she was very rude and disrespectful and for being a GM very unprofessional and she hung up the phone. I called back. She kept hanging up and I could hear the giggling like some little teenage girls that thought this was a joke! I asked for her name and she replied... I don't have to give you my name and hung up on me again . I just wanted my food replaced but now my food never got replaced and here we are the next day and now I just want my money back and I will never eat at the W. Franklin Taco Bell again. I have been eating there for 3 years since I moved down here from Portland Oregon and I have never been treated so rudely at this establishment ! That girl shouldn't be working there and definitely not be telling people she is the GM . Hopefully I can find who the real GM is and...
Read moreCashier at the drive thru was very rude..she asked what I would like to order..I had asked her to hold on because my granddaughter was deciding on what to get..cashier kept saying if you need to order something off the dollar menu I can read them to you I said no I can read..so after I was done with the order and ordered the drinks I asked for an iced coffee and 2 pepsi's..lady saId we don't have that in our store . so I asked the cashier to get me another pepsi. She said is everything on the screen correct ..I said no because you could not see it..then I pulled to the window and mind you the lady handed me my stuff but however she did not give me the other Pepsi and plus she charged me again. When I said something to her she got an attitude and was the rudest cashier I ever met at a drive thru...she proceeded to say well I asked you if everything was correct on the screen I said and I told you there was nothing on the screen and that's why I came to the window and you said the order back to me. So therefore believe she was trying to take more money from me and when I told her again that the machine was not working that was suppose to show the total and the items I ordered she said oh well its our policy to ask you if your order is right before pulling to the window..I said I done told you that it was not working...this was the restraunt located over by myrtle school rd on Franklin ave...
Read moreI sent my daughterr to the drive thru. The order was supposed to be. Mexican pizza combo, substitute soft taco supremes with no tomatoes on any of it. Plus a burrito supreme no tomatoes. Should have cost around $13. The bill ended up being $19.52. First of all the food was cold. I recieved 2 hard shell tacos, instead of the substitute of soft ones I asked for. I opened up the tacos, there wasn't enough meat for 1 taco much less 2. I ordered the tacos not a salad, which is basically what I got, a salad inside shells. The Mexican pizza box was smashed in on the pizza, so it was partially stuck to the box. Everything was basically just thrown in the bag. Part of the "salad" was in the bottom of the bag. She was not given a receipt which was asked for. Then add extra stuff that I didn't even order. Pay attention and listen to customers!! I understand people have to work, but isn't listening to an order and getting it right have a lot to do with it? Better customer service gets better reviews. I remember when training employees properly was a priority. Seems now they just get put in front of register to figure it out on their own, and no basic...
