I work 6 days a week so every Tuesday my best friend & I like to go eat then go to a few different shops. This Tuesday however was supposed to be extra special because it was her daughter’s birthday so we had a 3rd member joining us. This was the 1st time I ever shopped at rainbow & probably last time I will shop at this location. I wasn’t too bothered by the crowded walk spaces it was the employees. Not all but 2 in particular made the whole experience feel like we were known wanted criminals being watched the entire time. The one female that ended up cashing me out was rude as hell. I was looking at panties & noticed her standing there watching so I asked a question that was ignored. At the register I spoke and still got no reply. She would not acknowledge anything I said or even look at me while checking me out even though she was staring me down while I was shopping. She was grabbing things with an attitude. Spoke with an attitude. As we were leaving we stopped to look at a few outfits hanging up by the exit & guess what, the other employee that was following us around just happened to come right where we were again. As I was walking out the alarm went off so of course I turned around & moved my bag close to the door to see if it was my bag or my friend & it was mine but before I could even start walking back to the register the older lady was already right on my reaching for my bag & rude as ever said she had to take it back to look through it. That’s their job & I had no issue with her looking again it was the way she said it. Then her & the rude cashier stood there with mean faces as the one held up each item for the other to see & verify whether or not she had actually just rung up each item she pulled from my bag. With a yes after each item held up the woman eventually found a security tag that was left on a sweater & the other said with an attitude that she already took a tag off that item as if it was impossible that she missed one. As they were doing all that I walked to the wall of jewelry right next to the woman going through my bag & she proceeded to turn to watch me as she continued looking in the bag. I asked about something that looked like small necklaces like chokers maybe & she said they were bracelets but what I had in my hand were anklets then asked if I was done and pointed me to the other register as if I was done looking. I paid again for my new item & we said bye like any normal person does & no reply from them. There was only 1 employee in the whole interaction while there that was very pleasant & friendly even while in a ladder. I know by just reading that it doesn’t sound like a big problem but it was more about the energy surrounding us & the hostility we felt in the store. If you have ever gone to a store that had employees make you uncomfortable through your time there then you know what I’m saying. You just know that something is wrong about the situation. We all 3 felt very uncomfortable the entire time in the store that we decided to just leave instead of feeling unwelcome while trying to shop. Isn’t it important for people to feel safe and welcome in a store so we can spend money? Those 2 ladies cost the store more money because we left fairly quickly. We may only be 3 shoppers & our little bit of dollars we didn’t spend may not hurt the company in any way but every dollar adds up & those 2 didn’t see to realize the importance of paying customers being made to feel welcomed. I would much rather shop somewhere else before going back there with the way 2 people tainted...

After this Saturday i will no longer shop at this rainbow. I have to leave a comment on this store that I hope corporate will take seriously before they lose another customer. This store is so unprofessional. I've never shopped at a Rainbow that played such terrible, gutter, raunchy, filthy music that had so much profanity it sicken me, to the point of leaving the store without purchasing anything. Coprate please be advice this location is under poor management. My advice to you is to stop by unanounce and catch this unprofessional work ethnic. This is so sad. I've shopped with this company for over 15 years and I have never seen nor heard such disturbing music while children are present. For anyone reading this please be advice this store is so unprofessional. This is so sad. I will not come back ever unless there's new management at that location. Someone need to investigate that...

I do a lot of shopping at this location. The last time, they didn't remove the security device from one of the 7 blouses I purchased that day. My time I realized, it was a week later. I called an barley got an apology. I will spend my money elsewhere. This location is already 20 to 25 minutes away, I can always drive further. You lost a customer. Update 9/16/23 They are horrible!!! I took the blouse back an because I had pull the tag off when I was going to wear it and found out that they hadn't removed the security device so even with the receipt they still refused to remove the device. Now I am going home to get the tag an the other items I bought an return all of it! Over the course of this year so far I've spent about 400.00 in this place! They lack customer service skills and I will NEVER!!!! shop at this...
