We have been to this particular location several different times.
The first couple times, we are definitely better than the last two experiences.
I am very honest with my reviews and anytime that itās not a four or five star I think about it for a few days.
Reviews hold a lot of weight when people are deciding to give some thing a shot.
So I gave this particular location a second chance last week, with two of my employees after a long day at work.
The bathrooms have been disgusting & a huge issue for me.
The last two times there has been no soap in the soap dispenser, no other temporary measures, not even hand sanitizer.
What do the employees wash their hands with?
Not only could I not wash my hands with an absolute necessity like soap, what do the staff, cooks, etc. clean their hands with after they use the bathroom like every human being?

The bathroom stalls, urinals, and even the floor were covered in urine, etc.
This is something that needs to be dealt with immediately.
The restaurant after 9 oāclock Iāve noticed as more of the sports/night crowd.
Thatās understandable, but I never felt unsafe or really had anything other than the abnormally loud environment. That is what it is.
We usually sit up at the bar and thereās usually the same waitress/bartender whoās really nice and is the reason why this is getting more than a one star.
Sheās on point, and handles a lot of people, food, and what appears to be communicating as a manager, or some type of oversight position.
The food has been significantly better in the past.
The last two times the wings have been over cooked, and the wings were extremely dry, and not very good at all.
So this was my last visit at least for a while.
I said we could not eat somewhere where the bathroom is not at the minimum stocked with soap, and cleaned often as needed.
The food has went downhill.
Theyāre not expensive, but they are on the upper side in terms of pricing for wings.
They have a huge selection of different sauces, which is one of the things that really attracted me to this place again, and again.
I really hope that this review is considered by the management staff.
This location is not only close to my home. Itās always on my way home.
I would love to either hear in the future that things have really changed around so that I could give it another shot.
However, if, and when that happens, the first place that I will go to the bathroom to make sure there is soap, and it is at least relatively clean and usable.
I could not even use the toilet as it was just unspeakably, dirty and nasty that I donāt want to write the details in this review, it was that bad!
I hope that the management considers this review, and they are free to reach out to me for any additional questions if they choose.
For the time being, this will not be a place that I will be considering stopping at.
Even with the limited later evening options being minimal.
I do hope for the best and hope the change is coming with this...

We continue eating and get about halfway done and she comes back and says that the fries are just being cooked-not to mention we all have to track her down to ask for refills and other items-she never really checked on us much. After I asked about my sonās food, she seemed to avoid the table for the most part. We all finish and realize his food still has NOT come out. I finally get up and find another waitress, who was far more attentive and helpful. They tried to tell her that they already sent the food out, which was a lie because otherwise, my son wouldnāt be having to eat off of everyone elseās plates. As I mentioned, the second waitress was far more helpful and had the food made to-go and taken off of our bill. The manager brought the food out to me personally and profusely apologized for the experience. He also verified that my sonās meal was taken off the bill. At this point, we also realize that my nephew was missing the celery and carrots that shouldāve come with his meal. The original waitress brought out that and then we realized we had been charged for that and for extra wing sauce. The veggies are included at no charge and we have never been charged for the extra sauce before either. This is by far the worst experience Iāve had at BWW and it really makes me want to reconsider this as our familyās go-to restaurant. The manager again profusely apologized as we were all leaving. 8:30 PM - Trying to order via doordash/online/Uber eats and all systems were down, over the phone? Nope⦠waited for 20 min and nobody took my call, ever. 9:00 PM - I was able to place my order - FINALLY! The estimated time to pick up was 9:40 PM - 40 min?! This is ridiculous, as I said I understand that thereās a shortage of staff, what it pisses me off is that thereās absolutely not interest on provide the minimum of customer service, they just donāt care anymore...
